Some G Spot Discovery Guidelines:

  • Talk about the g spot with your partner. Maybe she’s familiar with the area, or maybe not. If she’s not but she”s opened to explore, it can be something really fun for both of you. I can’t believe everything I hear about the g-spot. Some say it’s very hard to find, some say it’s at a different place for every woman, some even deny it’s existence! Trust me, the g-spot is real and it’s a very important part of a woman’s sexuality. There is a debate whether the g-spot has more orgasmic potential then the clitoris. To me, it doesn’t really matter. They are two different pleasure zones, the g-spot is just less known.

The G-spot is in fact the equivalent of a man’s prostate. It is located just under the urethra inside the vagina, about two inches deep on the frontal wall of the vagina. When a woman is aroused, this area swells up and you can really feel it with your fingers by applying pressure. You should do kind of a ”come here” motion with one or two fingers.

A lot of people believe the g-spot is the gateway to supreme feminine sexual ecstasy. And from my experience, it is the best way for a woman to experience full body orgasms. I strongly recommend that you first talk about the g-spot with your partner before trying to explore it. She may be familiar with the area, but maybe not. I want you to explore the different positions and ways to stimulate the g-spot with your partner, but I’ll give a few hints. Of course, the easiest way to stimulate the g-spot is with your fingers. With one or two fingers inside the vagina, 2 or 3 inches inside, make a come her motion towards the front wall of the vagina. When a woman is aroused, you can be able to stimulate her g-spot and give her a g-spot orgasm during intercourse. Some positions are better than others, but you will need to explore. When you are on to of her, it’s easier to stimulate the g-spot if you lift her legs or lift her bent knees. I personally like to lift her legs on top of my shoulders. The women on top, the cowgirl, is also a good position where she has more control on the angle of penetration and the stimulation. The ”doggy style” can also work wonders. It is easier if you are higher. Let’s say she is on the bed and you are standing. But make sure that the angle of penetration is towards the g-spot, that means towards the front of her vagina.

These were just suggestions, don’t be afraid to explore and communicate with your partner on what she likes. Remember, every woman is different, that’s the beauty of it!
