Last Longer in Bed & Ejaculation Control

This is an overview of the method that helped me to last longer in bed, have more control over my ejaculation and even to become multi-orgasmic.

You need to master your own body, to be your own boss. When you really control your ejaculation, you don’t make love in fear. You don’t fear your ejaculation because you know you will only come if you decide to do so. That opens up a whole new world because you can then shift your focus to your partner, her needs, her desire. You can focus on what you are doing, on getting to know your partner and how to please her.

The principles I’ll share with you come from Taoism, an ancient Chinese wisdom, more than 5000 years old. The Taoist masters think that a man can learn to separate ejaculation and orgasm and learn to have multiple orgasms, just like women can. As Dr Joy Davidson says: ”ejaculation and orgasm are not the same thing, ejaculation is the release of a build up of liquid, orgasm is the release of a build up of sensation and tension”.

The first key is to locate your PC muscle, which is an important pelvic muscle that runs from your pubic bone to your coccyx. This muscle plays a very important role in your sexuality and in ejaculation control in particular. To locate the PC muscle for the first time, try to stop the flow of urine next time you go to the bathroom. You can stop the flow a few times, the muscle you are using is the pc muscle. Now that you know your PC muscle, you can reinforce it anytime, anywhere by using the same kind of contractions.

You also need to be well aware of your own arousal. For that, you will need to practice. And by practice, I mean masturbation. Practice to build up your arousal very slowly and to be aware of every step. Masturbation is still a taboo in our society and is still widely considered a bad thing. So we are used to masturbate really quickly and get to ejaculation as soon as possible. Most of us have trained our bodies to do so for years so we do the same thing with a partner. We need to slow things down! You need to train yourself to build up your arousal slowly and to be aware of it. And by the way, porn is not helping. When you watch porn, your focus is outside of your body, you are not focused on your sensations, you are not in control. It also make your arousal build up very fast and most of the time, ejaculate quickly too.

So the trick is to build up your arousal slowly, learning to recognize the point of no return (the point just before ejaculation) and use your PC muscle to fall back into non-ejaculatory contractions, and with time, non-ejaculatory orgasms.

Even if you don’t experience multi-orgasms, this training and mind-set will lead you to total control over your ejaculation. It takes hard work and determination, but you will be able to make love as long as you want.
