Some G Spot Discovery Guidelines:

Like I said to the member who asked me about erectile dysfunction, I believe we also have to work on the mental aspect of the problem and not only the physical aspect. The combination of the two will give us the best chance to really address the situation.

I used to think that when you have sex with someone you love, then you would make love. It means that love would be the key element. So the key element here is ”Confidence”. Because it take a lot of self-confidence to open up to someone else, to be truly yourself and have no fears. It’ hard but when the two of you are in that state of openness, you are most likely Making Love.

One answer that I hear often is Passion. While I think passion is a great thing and it certainly helps, I don’t passion makes the difference between great sex and making love. If we look at a definition, passion is a strong and powerful emotion. You can have a passionate love but also a passionate hate for something. I think passion will turn anything from ordinary to extraordinary. So if you put passion into sex, you’ll have amazing sex. In my previous video posts, we talked about training your PC muscle and practicing the right way to last longer in bed. There’s another simple but very effective tip to help you have more control over you arousal and therefore, last longer. You need to learn how to use your breathing.

What usually happens when we have sex is, we become excited, a bit tensed and the last thing we think about is our breathing. We take short and quick breath. In order to be more relaxed and to be more in control, we can use deep breathing that comes from the belly. Here’s how to do it.

- Focus on your breathing, inhale deeply expanding your belly for 3 seconds, hold your breath for 1 second and exhale slowly pushing with your abs.

Do 5 of those when making love with your partner or practicing alone when you feel your arousal level is going up too quickly. It should immediately decrease your arousal.

So work on that, it’s a great way to last longer in bed.
