Last Longer in Bed: Use Deep Breathing

What usually happens when we have sex is, we become excited, a bit tensed and the last thing we think about is our breathing. We take short and quick breath. In order to be more relaxed and to be more in control, we can use deep breathing that comes from the belly. Here’s how to do it.

- Focus on your breathing, inhale deeply expanding your belly for 3 seconds, hold your breath for 1 second and exhale slowly pushing with your abs.

Do 5 of those when making love with your partner or practicing alone when you feel your arousal level is going up too quickly. It should immediately decrease your arousal.

So work on that, it’s a great way to last longer in bed.
